Unser Bild von der Landwirtschaft (Our image of agriculture) takes a look at the little-noticed dependencies and interactions between agricultural production and the media of photography and film. Image processing technologies play a key role in the monitoring and optimization of crops and animals. At the same time, the utilization of animal by-products has always been a component of filmic materials. At the center of the exchange are questions about the (in)visibility of agricultural processes.

With a theoretical-philosophical introduction by the biologist and author Cord Riechelmann and an insight into the artistic works of Philip Gaißer and the film art collective Neozoon.
